Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by NoūrAesthetica, including online consultations, clinical nutrition services, functional pathology interpretation (within scope), and non-surgical skin treatments. By booking, purchasing, or attending any service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Scope of Services
NoūrAesthetica provides evidence-based clinical nutrition advice and non-surgical skin treatments. Functional pathology interpretation may be offered to inform nutritional and lifestyle guidance within scope.
Services are complementary and are not a substitute for medical care. NoūrAesthetica does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, or provide medical treatment. If your presentation falls outside scope, you may be referred to your GP or a medical specialist.
3. Results & No Guarantees
Outcomes vary between individuals. Fees are paid for the performance of the service and not for a guaranteed result. No warranties or assurances (express or implied) are provided regarding outcomes.
4. Appointments & Payments
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to secure an appointment. If the total fee is less than $50, the full amount is required at booking.
- Fees: Fees will be communicated prior to your appointment. By proceeding, you agree to pay the applicable fees.
5. Cancellations, Late Changes & No-Shows
- Less than 24 hours notice: We retain 100% of your deposit or may charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled treatment.
- No-shows: You may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled fee.
6. Non-Surgical Skin Treatments: Risks & Aftercare
Non-surgical skin treatments can involve temporary reactions such as redness, swelling, dryness, peeling, irritation, sensitivity, and temporary changes in pigmentation or texture. Some reactions may be delayed.
You agree to follow all pre- and post-care instructions provided. Failure to follow aftercare guidance may increase the risk of side effects or reduce outcomes.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information about your health history, medications, and allergies.
- Notify NoūrAesthetica of any changes to your health status prior to your appointment.
- Seek medical advice from your GP/specialist when required.
8. Photography
Clinical photographs may be taken for documentation and treatment tracking. Photographs are handled in accordance with privacy requirements. Any use of images for education or marketing will only occur with your explicit consent.
9. Complaints
If you have a concern about your care or experience, please contact NoūrAesthetica first so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly and fairly.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoūrAesthetica is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or outcomes affected by factors outside our control including client non-compliance, undisclosed medical conditions, or lifestyle factors.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. The latest version will be published on our website with the updated Effective Date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
