Refund Policy
1. Deposits
All appointment deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure your booking time and are applied toward your scheduled service.
2. Consultation Fees
Consultation fees (including clinical nutrition consultations and telehealth services) are non-refundable once the consultation has commenced and professional advice has been provided.
3. Non-Surgical Skin Treatments
Payments for non-surgical skin treatments are for the performance of the treatment only and not for a guaranteed outcome.
As individual results vary due to physiological, lifestyle, and compliance factors, refunds will not be provided based on dissatisfaction with aesthetic outcomes.
4. Treatment Packages
Prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable once commenced. In exceptional circumstances (e.g., documented medical contraindications), a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of NoūrAesthetica, less administrative fees and services already rendered.
5. Retail Products
Due to hygiene and safety standards:
- Opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with proof of receipt.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
- Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit or may incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service fee.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to remedies where services are not provided with due care and skill.
8. Policy Updates
NoūrAesthetica reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will be published on the website with the updated Effective Date.
