Address

Targeted intervention for a defined concern

For clients ready to act on what their investigation revealed. This pathway delivers a targeted, protocol-driven clinical program — addressing the specific internal drivers identified with structured review and direct clinical support throughout.

Best suited for
  • Persistent acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, or vitiligo that has not responded to conventional treatment
  • Melasma, hyperpigmentation, or hormonal skin dysfunction where internal drivers have not been assessed
  • Metabolic skin concerns — insulin-driven acne, gut-linked inflammation, or thyroid-related skin changes

Frequently Asked Questions

Is functional testing included in the cost? +
No. Functional laboratory testing is recommended where clinically indicated but is arranged and funded separately by the client. Costs vary depending on the panels recommended. A clear explanation of what is suggested and why will always be provided before any testing is initiated.
Do I need to complete the Investigate pathway first? +
Not necessarily. If you already hold relevant pathology results or have had a prior functional assessment, it may be appropriate to begin at the Address pathway directly. This is assessed during your initial consultation.
How long does this pathway run? +
The structured program runs over 12 weeks from the point of protocol delivery. This includes your initial consultation, pathology interpretation session, two follow-up consultations, and direct message support throughout.
What conditions do you work with? +
This pathway is designed for persistent or treatment-resistant skin concerns including acne, rosacea, eczema, psoriasis, vitiligo, melasma, hormonal skin dysfunction, and metabolic skin presentations. If unsure whether your concern is appropriate, reach out before booking.
Can I continue my current treatment alongside this program? +
Yes. This pathway is designed to complement — not replace — existing medical care. Any current prescriptions, treatments, or specialist recommendations will be taken into account when designing your protocol. GP collaboration and referral letters are provided where relevant.
Is this available internationally via telehealth? +
Yes. All consultations are conducted via video telehealth and are available to clients across Australia and internationally. Functional testing availability may vary depending on your location — this will be discussed during your initial consultation.
What is the difference between Address and Restore? +
Address is designed for clients with a clearly defined concern requiring targeted, time-bound intervention over 12 weeks. Restore is designed for clients with complex, persistent, or multi-system concerns requiring sustained oversight over a longer period — including monthly check-ins and unlimited messaging support.
Do I need a GP referral to book? +
No referral is required. You can book directly. If GP involvement becomes clinically relevant during your program — for testing, prescriptions, or specialist referral — this will be coordinated as part of your care.
